G-Shock Move GBD-800 Series Watch
The G-Shock Move GBD-800 Series Watch is the latest addition to the sports line from G-Shock. It was designed to be good looking with a utility color and maximizes coordination possibilities with both everyday fashion and training wear. Function wise, the watch links with the G-Shock connected phone app, that provides access to a number of functions that enhance workouts. Daily health and fitness support functions include a 3 axis accelerometer that keeps track of step counts, a multi-timer that lets you create up to 20 tier combinations of five timers each, memory for up to 200 lap records, and more. the app also makes it possible to maintain sep count logs with five exercise intensity levels, to calculate the calories you burn, to specify a daily step target, to create timer combinations and send them to the watch, to store stopwatch measurement data, to view data, and more.
All of this combines to help you plan and record your workouts making them more effective and enjoyable. Other features include app-based auto time setting correction and other features for more efficient timekeeping, and an auto led light to facilitate workouts in areas where lighting is dim. Back wings on the inside of the bands where they connect to the case, a new band ring shape that prevents sliding, and more band holes to allow better tightness adjustment, all add up to a more comfortable fit. You can make fine adjustments to the band size.

A built in 3 axis acceleration sensor begins counting steps the moment you start to walk.
A step number level graph at 6 o’clock shows the current step number and the number 1 hour earlier,
and a status indicator window in the upper right area of the dial displays the target achievement rate.
This data can help motivate you to increase your step count.
Step Count Measurement Data Transfer
Measurement data can be transferred for use to a dedicated app. In addition to manual transfers, the app conducts automatic transfers four times a day.
Besides recording daily step counts and calorie consumption, the app displays a step count graph showing step counts, calories and exercise intensity (5 levels) for each day, week and month.
When activated by the smartphone, the step count is displayed graphically on a map every 30 minutes.
A multi-timer function useful for interval workouts can be set for up to five different times.
The time remaining on the timer (%) is indicated in the status indicator window to the upper right on the dial.
Auto Repeat (maximum 20 times) and Auto Start are available along with an announcement notice function.
A 1/100-second stopwatch capable of storing up to 200 lap-time memories is installed. Its ability to set up to 10 target times is useful for confirming your pace.
