The TriggerTech AR Safety is ambidextrous and was created to boost the performance with TriggerTech’s AR triggers. After initial install the user can install and remove the safety without removing the grip. It is made possible by the tumbler and ball tipped detent pin. This patented design saves time when the user is changing triggers, cleaning or doing maintenance on their firearm.

The detent has a silicon nitride ball tip that offers low friction and durability, this gives an unmatched smooth feel when moving from safe to fire. The safety is ambidextrous with the interchangeable short and long levers. If you only want a lever on one side, there is a cap provided, and can easily be installed at a 45 ° or 90 ° degree throw. The tumbler is built from 440C stainless steel and DLC coated for performance and durability.
