Cancellations/Refunds/Backorders. Kenzie’s Optics reserves the right to cancel and refund orders for any reason, including pricing errors. Kenzie’s Optics offers a 30 day return window for customers. In those 30 days, if you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Backordered items are fulfilled on first come first serve basis.
