The Vortex Precision Matched Rings-30mm are machined with certified USA 7075 T6 billet aluminum and held to an extremely tight tolerance of .0005 inches using a precision Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) mill. The Vortex Precision Matched Rings-30mm are then serialized, vibratory tumbled, bead blasted, and finished with a Type III hard coat anodize.

With a centerline height of 1.26 inches (32 mm) above the rail, the PMR-30-126 is considered a high-height option, ideal for rifles that require extra clearance over elevated rails, large objective lenses, or certain tactical platforms. The horizontal split-ring design makes installation and torquing more straightforward, and robust Grade 8 fasteners secure the scope firmly without unwanted movement.
