Kenzie’s Optics wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible products that are in new condition up to 30 days from the ship date of your order.
Return Authorization Requests
To initiate a Return Authorization request please email sales@kenziesoptics.com with the following information:
All order returns must have an assigned return authorization. Please note that returns that are received without a return authorization request will not be accepted.
All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving a return authorization.
Restocking Fees
We are unable to offer a full refund for items that have been used in any way. This includes but is not limited to mounting an optic, storing images on a thermal device, or using parts or pieces that originally were packaged with the item.
Additionally, any items that are returned in shipping without a shipping package may be assessed restocking fees for damage to the original manufacturer packaging.

High value orders
All orders totaling $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
