Modlite Handheld IR850 – 18650 Light Package

The Modlite Handheld IR850 – 18650 Light Package is a Handheld flashlight that features a dedicated IR illumination head. The light head was designed to give an output IR light in the 850nm IR spectrum. It is hand assembled and tested in the USA and is constructed of 6061 Series Aluminum bezel with a Mil Spec hard anodized finish. The reflector is designed to deliver a good amount of spill and a well defined hotspot at distances up to 300 yards depending on atmospheric conditions. The ultra clear BOROFLOAT lens allows for 98 – 99% light transmittance. The light is backed by Modlite’s lifetime guarantee.

* Lithium CR123 cells are not supported and if used, it will cause the cells to heat up and possible explode or catch fire. Modlite recommends the KeepPower 18650 or 18350 high drain cells. Runtime is about 120 minutes with 1860 and about 50 minutes with the smaller 18350 cells.*
