Description
Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 Thermal Rifle Scope
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 Thermal Rifle Scope combines long-range thermal detection, an integrated laser rangefinder, powerful magnification, and Pulsar’s high-resolution imaging technology in a traditional 30mm riflescope-style platform.
Featuring 2.5x base magnification, a large 60mm objective lens, and digital magnification up to 20x, the Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 is designed to provide an excellent balance of field of view, image detail, and long-range observation capability. With a detection range of up to 3,062 yards, the Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 is particularly well suited for expansive terrain where increased detection distance and situational awareness are priorities.
A high-resolution 2560×2560 Micro-OLED display provides a crisp, detailed viewing experience, while eight selectable color palettes allow the thermal image to be optimized for different environments, applications, and viewing preferences.
2.5x Base Magnification & 60mm Objective Lens
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 starts at 2.5x base magnification and provides digital magnification up to 20x.
Combined with its large 60mm objective lens, the XL60 delivers the optical performance needed for long-range observation while maintaining a useful field of view for scanning larger areas.
Extra-Long 3,062-Yard Detection Range
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 is capable of detecting heat signatures at distances of up to 3,062 yards.
This extended detection capability makes the XL60 particularly useful when observing large fields, open plains, pastures, and other environments where potential heat signatures may appear at significant distances.
Integrated Laser Rangefinder
An integrated laser rangefinder (LRF) provides convenient distance measurement directly through the optic, eliminating the need to switch to a separate handheld rangefinder.
Combined with compatible ballistic functionality, accurate range information can be incorporated into the user’s shooting solution for greater efficiency at extended distances.
2560×2560 Micro-OLED Display
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 features an exceptionally high-resolution 2560×2560 Micro-OLED display designed to provide sharp image rendering, high contrast, and smooth performance.
The Micro-OLED technology also provides fast response and efficient power consumption while maintaining image quality in cold environments and during movement.
8 Thermal Color Palettes
Eight selectable thermal color palettes allow the display to be customized according to environmental conditions and user preference:
- White Hot
- Black Hot
- Red Hot
- Rainbow
- Ultramarine
- Red Monochrome
- Sepia
- Violet
Different palettes can be selected to emphasize detection, identification, or viewing comfort during extended nighttime observation.
Customizable User Mode
User Mode allows brightness and contrast settings to be adjusted according to current observation conditions.
Once configured, the optic saves the selected settings so the preferred image configuration is available the next time the unit is powered on without requiring repeated adjustment.
Combined Dual Battery System
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 utilizes a dual rechargeable battery system consisting of an internal battery and a removable external battery.
Included replaceable batteries provide 2 Ah and 3.2 Ah capacities, with the combined system delivering up to 10 hours of continuous operation on a single charge.
Embossed markings on the removable batteries make identification and replacement easier by touch, even in complete darkness.
Standard 30mm Ring Compatibility
The traditional riflescope-style body of the Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 mounts using standard 30mm scope rings.
This provides extensive mounting flexibility and allows the thermal optic to integrate into setups that already accommodate conventional 30mm riflescopes without requiring a proprietary mounting system.
High-Caliber Recoil Resistance
Engineered for demanding applications, the Thermion 2 LRF platform is recoil rated for use with 12-gauge shotguns and .375 H&H rifles, providing the durability required for heavy-recoiling platforms.
10 Shooting Profiles & 100 Zeroing Distances
The Thermion 2 provides extensive zeroing memory for users who operate multiple setups.
- Up to 10 shooting profiles
- Up to 10 zeroing distances per profile
- Up to 100 total zeroing distances
Saved profiles can accommodate different configurations, while compatible Stream Vision ballistic functionality can provide additional ballistic calculations using measured range information.
Picture-in-Picture Mode
The Picture-in-Picture (PiP) function displays a magnified target and reticle image in a dedicated window occupying approximately 10% of the overall display.
This allows the user to examine the aiming area in greater detail while maintaining visibility of the surrounding field of view.
Extreme Temperature Performance
The Thermion 2 LRF XL60 is engineered to operate across a wide temperature range of approximately -25°C to +50°C (-13°F to 122°F).
Its housing, power system, optics, and electronics are designed to maintain reliable performance across challenging environmental conditions.
Stream Vision 2 & Wi-Fi Connectivity
Built-in Wi-Fi allows the Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XL60 to connect with compatible Android and iOS devices through the Stream Vision 2 app.
Available functionality includes:
- Real-time image streaming
- Remote optic control
