If a traditional birdcage flash hider is what you want, the Surefire WARCOMP-556-CTN-1/2-28 significantly reduces muzzle flash with every shot fired and helps reduce muzzle rise for easier target tracking and faster follow up shots. Its closed tine design reduces the chance of snagging in dense vegetation or on gear where open-tine flash hiders can easily catch.

Neutrally ported to aid in recoil management, it mimics the performance of a traditional birdcage flash hider while also providing a rock solid mounting option for SOCOM Series Fast-Attach suppressors. Wrench flats machined into the sides of the adapter allow for easier installation, and the WARCOMP-556-CTN delivers the performance and durability shooters have come to trust from SureFire.

DLC coating provides maximum protection against harsh environmental conditions and facilitates cleaning after extreme use. High-precision single-point cut barrel threads for optimum thread interface; fits 1/2-28 threaded barrels. Individually inspected for all critical dimensions, including concentricity and alignment.
