Trijicon ACOG 3×30 Scope / RMR Type 2 Combo – Horseshoe Dot
The Trijicon ACOG 3×30 Scope / RMR Combo combines the proven 3×30 ACOG with a top-mounted Trijicon RMR® Type 2 featuring a 3.25 MOA red dot, providing two complementary aiming systems in one rugged optic package.
Available with either an Amber Horseshoe Dot (TA33-C-400395) or Green Horseshoe Dot (TA33-C-400394), the Trijicon 3×30 ACOG Scope provides fixed 3x magnification, battery-free fiber-optic and tritium illumination, and a BDC reticle calibrated for 5.56x45mm / 62-grain ammunition.
The top-mounted 3.25 MOA RMR Type 2 provides an unmagnified red-dot option, while the ACOG delivers the additional target detail and precision of 3x magnification. Together, the two optics provide a versatile dual-optic configuration without requiring the user to choose between a magnified optic and red dot.
Battery-Free ACOG Illumination
The Trijicon ACOG 3×30 Scope uses Trijicon’s proven combination of fiber optics and tritium to illuminate the Horseshoe Dot reticle without batteries.
Fiber optics utilize available ambient light to illuminate the reticle during the day, while tritium provides illumination in low-light and nighttime conditions. This provides an always-available illuminated ACOG reticle without requiring batteries or charging.
3.25 MOA Trijicon RMR Type 2
Mounted above the ACOG is a Trijicon RMR Type 2 with a 3.25 MOA red dot. The compact RMR provides a complementary 1x aiming option alongside the magnified ACOG.
The combination allows the user to transition between the RMR and the ACOG depending on the desired magnification and sight picture.
Horseshoe Dot BDC Reticle
The Trijicon ACOG 3×30 Scope features a Horseshoe Dot reticle with bullet drop compensation calibrated for 5.56x45mm / 62-grain ammunition.
Choose between two ACOG reticle illumination colors:
- TA33-C-400395 – Amber Horseshoe Dot
- TA33-C-400394 – Green Horseshoe Dot
Both configurations include the 3.25 MOA Trijicon RMR Type 2.
Trijicon Q-LOC™ Technology Mount
The included Trijicon Compact ACOG Q-LOC™ Technology Mount provides a lightweight, low-profile mounting system compatible with Mil-Spec and NATO Picatinny rails.
Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, the mount features a spring-loaded design that provides constant retention. Its tool-less design allows convenient one-handed operation while providing strong return-to-zero performance.
