The plate can be mounted in the 12 o’clock position for a heads-up shooting posture and rapid sight acquisition, or at either 45-degree position for quick transitions to a secondary optic when engaging close-range targets. This flexibility makes it an excellent addition to magnified optic setups where fast target acquisition is critical.
