The vortex o 24 defender flip cap Objective 24mm (O-24) is a rugged flip-up protective cover designed for the objective (front) lens of a riflescope. Manufactured by Vortex Optics, it helps shield the lens from dust, moisture, scratches, and impact during transport and field use. The cap features a spring-loaded hinge that allows it to flip open quickly and stay out of the shooter’s line of sight while aiming. Built for durability in harsh conditions, it fits objective lenses with an outside diameter of approximately 28.25–31.25 mm (about 1.1–1.2 inches). Like other Vortex accessories.
