Benchmade 535 Bugout S/E Folding Knife – Blue / Satin
The Benchmade 535 Bugout Folding Knife is a lightweight, versatile everyday carry knife designed for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, backpackers, and anyone who appreciates premium cutting performance without unnecessary bulk. Known for its ultralight construction and practical design, the original Benchmade Bugout combines a premium CPM-S30V stainless steel blade, durable blue Grivory handle, and Benchmade’s trusted AXIS locking mechanism. Weighing approximately 1.85 ounces, this American-made folding knife delivers an exceptional balance of portability, strength, and everyday functionality.
Featuring a satin-finished CPM-S30V stainless steel drop-point blade, the Benchmade 535 Bugout provides excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and dependable cutting performance. The plain-edge blade offers a versatile cutting surface for opening packages, trimming cordage, preparing outdoor equipment, and handling everyday utility tasks. A partial swedge along the blade’s spine creates a refined point while maintaining the practical cutting characteristics of the drop-point design.
The blue Grivory handle combines lightweight durability with comfortable ergonomics. Its textured surfaces provide a secure gripping area, while the slim profile allows the knife to fit comfortably in a pocket or backpack. The bright blue handle adds a distinctive appearance that makes this version of the Bugout immediately recognizable.
Equipped with Benchmade’s AXIS locking mechanism, the 535 Bugout offers smooth manual blade operation and secure blade engagement. Ambidextrous anodized thumb studs allow convenient opening for right- and left-handed users, making the knife a versatile option for everyday carry.
Designed with portability in mind, the Benchmade 535 Bugout includes a reversible deep-carry pocket clip that allows discreet, convenient pocket carry. A generously sized lanyard hole provides an additional attachment option for users who prefer a lanyard or retention accessory.
Whether you’re exploring hiking trails, preparing for a camping trip, or looking for a dependable everyday pocket knife, the Benchmade 535 Bugout Blue/Satin delivers premium materials and practical functionality in an exceptionally lightweight package.
Proudly made in the USA, the Benchmade 535 Bugout Folding Knife showcases Benchmade’s commitment to innovative design, precision engineering, and quality American craftsmanship.
