The Forward Controls Design DPP/EFLX Footprint Optic Plate For Glock MOS is the latest member of the OPF line.  OPF-G-DPP uses the same proven design of the OPF-G-RMR to keep the Delta Point Pro immobile, the simplest and most effective way to prevent sight to plate mounting screws from loosening and shearing.

While Leupold’s Delta Point Pro uses 4 recoil lugs (twice as that of the RMR’s) and beefier mounting screws, the challenges of keeping the sight on the plate without loosening or shearing the sight to plate screws are not very different from those of the RMR.  The Forward Control Design Glock Optic Plate – DPP/EFLX has a front and rear fence, the tight tolerances of the plate to slide, and sight to plate insures minimum movement along the bore in recoil.

OPF-G-DPP ships with 2 plate to slide screws (M3 0.5mm x 6mm), 2 Delta Point Pro screws M4 .7×15.8mm (from September 2024, sight to plate screws will be optional as they already come with the DPP) and a packet of VC3 Vibra-tite.  A torque wrench is necessary to properly install both the plate to slide, and sight to plate screws.
