Description
Forward Control Design Glock Optic Plate – RMR/SRO Footprint
The Forward Control Design Glock RMR Plate is designed for GLOCK’s MOS and Trijicon RMR and SRO. If you use a Holosun and the long set of screws with OPF-G, RMR, you will risk damaging the plate. Holosun sights have 90 degree countersink screw holes, while RMR and SRO use 82 degree countersink. In addition, the supplied RMR sight to plate screws (6-32 x 3/8) are longer than what Holosun includes. Do not use FCD’s sight to plate screws with Holosun sights.
OPF-G, RMR is compatible with RMR, SRO, and the new RMR HD and RCR. If your RMR, RMR HD, and SRO come with sight to plate 6-32 screws, be sure to only use the 3/8″ screws, do not use longer 1/2: screws.
Forward Control Design Glock Optic plates are compatible with factory MOS (Gen 4 and 5, including the new Gen 3 CA MOS) slides: G17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 34, 40, 45, 47, 49 and 40. Both RMR and OPF-G, RMR are wider than G17, G17, G45, G47 and G34, and have a slight overhang on both sides of the slide. On 1.08″ and 1.12″ wide slides, the overhangs are gone. The front two corners for the plate don’t match the wider slide’s contours, this is but cosmetics. For more info, please visit this page: G20, G21, G22 Compatibility
