Primary Arms Lower 1/3 Cowitness Micro Dot Riser

The Lower 1/3 Cowitness Micro Dot Riser allows for a lower 1/3rd cowitness on AR15 and similar platforms. When it is combined with any Primary Arms Lower 1/3 cowitness Micro Dot, as well as many other standard Micro dot designs.

This type of riser is especially useful on rifles with flat‑top receivers or rails that place the red dot too low, causing the iron sights to be obscured or misaligned with the optic. By raising the optic to the proper height, the lower 1/3 cowitness position gives a compromise between direct co‑witness (where the iron sights align exactly with the optic) and absolute cowitness (where the iron sights align through the optic without offset), letting you see the iron sights beneath the optic without blocking the red dot’s view.

The riser is typically machined from durable aluminum to provide a stable, repeatable mounting platform that maintains zero under recoil. It is sized for micro red dot footprints such as those from popular manufacturers, and attaches to your rifle’s rail or receiver using standard screws so you can install it quickly.
