The Pro-Tech Knives Custom Emerson CQC7 is a collaboration between Pro-Tech Knives and tactical knife designer Ernest Emerson, known for his iconic designs since 1979. The Pro-Tech/Emerson CQC7 AUTO brings Emerson’s most famous design into a coil spring-fired automatic built to Pro-Tech’s exacting standards. Emerson has been directly involved in every detail of this collaboration, resulting in a knife that delivers both authenticity and performance for collectors and users alike. The action is strong, smooth, and delivers a satisfying snap on deployment.

First revealed outside the shop at the Professional Knife Maker’s Association show in Denver, the Pro-Tech Knives Custom Emerson CQC7 earned the Best Collaboration Award. This 2024 SHOT Show custom version features a 154CM tanto blade, two-tone green blasted jigged titanium handles, and a striking black lip mother-of-pearl button, combining premium materials with a distinctive, tactical aesthetic.
