Forward Controls Design Staccato P, C, C2, CS RMR Footprint Plate
The Forward Controls Design Staccato RMR Plate is designed for optics ready Staccato P, C, C2, CS with the factory or aftermarket 0.265 and 0.285 front sight. OPF-S, RMR features a dovetail compatible with the steel rear sight we designed and make for OPF-S, RMR and OPF-S, ACRO.
Precision milled from a solid block of 4140 and nitride coated, OPF-S, RMR is a solid state plate sans moving parts. We have taken steps to make the plate as light as possible, there is a rather significant lightening cut on the plate, which necessitates the use of a sealer plate for Trijicon RMR.
Plate to slide M4 0.7 x 8mm torque value: 20 to 25 in/lb
Sight to plate 6-32 x 3/8 torque value: 13 in/lb
TheForward Controls Design Staccato RMR Plate requires a Trijicon or aftermarket RMR sealing plate.
Trijicon’s new RCR and RMR HD are both compatible with Forward Controls Design Staccato RMR Plate. If you have an RCR, you must use the capstan screws that came with the RCR.
From October of 2023, we’ve begun to transition T10 sight to plate screws to T15.
OPF-S, RMR is not compatible with the Staccato HD series pistols.
